Segmentation is often treated as a static exercise, built on demographics, products, or past value. But people don’t behave statically. Their needs, motivations, and decision patterns change over time. In this session, we explore behavioural-based segmentation as a way to better understand people through how they act, not just who they are.

We’ll unpack different types of personalities, including spend, interaction, and money personalities, and show how these behavioural signals reveal intent, preference, and change. You’ll learn why behavioural segmentation outperforms traditional approaches like demographic, RFM, or product-based segmentation

In this session, we introduce EcosystemCode, a new way to move from ideas to running software. You’ll see how epics, user stories, or plain English descriptions can be turned into UML diagrams and then into a runnable full-stack application. We’ll walk through a live demo showing how designs become React apps, APIs, and databases in minutes. This is a practical look at shortening the gap between system design and working code.

In this session, we breakdown Interaction Personality, a way to understand how users navigate, respond, and engage across digital experiences. We’ll explain how Interaction Personality is identified using behavioral signals, what different interaction types look like, and how they evolve over time. Through a real use case in a banking context, we’ll show how all businesses can apply these insights to drive contextually relevant customer engagement across digital channels.
