Without drugs or alcohol express yourself. Sweat your prayers on the dance floor. Let it out and connect with yourself and with others in a fresh new way. Breathe deeply and ground your attention inwards. The invitation for this evening is to begin to quiet the mind and enter into your body temple, befriending all that you may find.

Ecstatic Dance/ Movement Meditation is an opportunity to find freedom in our own ability to feel and move with all that is and with everything that arises in our body, heart and mind! This practice encourages moving with a grounded body, focus, abandon, grace and ease.
There is no experience necessary, just a willingness to move and be moved!
Classes are facilitated by Seth Newman, Seth is an Art of Being© graduate, IATE Graduate, Bioenergetics practitioner, certified Trance Dance teacher and is the pioneer of live music ecstatic dance events in the UK, with his band the Urubu Collective. He brings a wealth of experience holding heart centred spaces.

Come along for a club-like dance experience -but not in the club! Held in a spacious dance space. There is no bar, no one is selling you drinks and the main guideline is no talking on the dancefloor! You come to just dance! Everyone comes to Dance!
Something magical, alchemical, transformational even, can happen on a dancefloor, where everyone who is there, is there to dance. Come to dance, come to sweat, come to move, play, connect, stretch, sound, unwind, renew, release, contact dance, improvise, and transform. Be true to yourself, while respecting others in the sacred space we create together.

We'll be including delicious ceremonial grade cacao and a beautiful cacao ceremony/guided meditation facilitated by Seth Newman to connect us with our body, our hearts and positive intention.

What is the Creative Flow Dojo®?
- Creative Flow refers to that optimal body–mind state where clarity, ease, intuition and performance align.
- The Dojo is the learning space, a dedicated container for exploration, repetition, growth and mastery.
Most of us have tasted moments of “creative flow,” those sometimes rare moments when everything clicks and we feel intimately connected to the best of ourselves. This workshop explores how to enter that state consciously and with intention. And we're excited to be sharing some of the Creative Flow Dojo's unique practices with you!
Throughout the playshop, you’ll learn how to unfold the inner and outer conditions that support generativity, how to shift into a positive flow state where creativity, resilience and presence come online.

ABOUT "SOLSTICE TO SOLSTICE"
Solstice to Solstice is a modern 6-month rite-of-passage from Winter Solstice to Summer Solstice.
Each gathering is a full day of movement, breathwork, ritual, connection and ecstatic dance.
Across six months, you’ll build emotional resilience, deepen body awareness, strengthen boundaries, unlock creativity, and reconnect with your natural vitality. Each gathering offers tools to release stress, regulate your nervous system, expand your relational confidence, and reconnect with joy through movement, breath and ritual.
Participants often describe feeling clearer, softer, more alive, and more connected to themselves and community.

WHAT HAPPENS EACH MONTH
Each gathering follows a 3-part structure:
1. Morning Workshop (11:45am–2:30pm)
Depending on the month:
Creative Flow Dojo® / Tantric Trance Dance / Bioenergetic Alchemy / TRYBE® Trance Dance / Rebellious Spirit Movement / etc.
Sessions include: guided creativity, shamanic trance dance, bioenergetics, emotional release, embodiment, movement meditation.
2. Afternoon Workshop (3:30pm–5:45pm)
A mix of Conscious Connections practices, Ritual Breathwork, Bioenergetic Breathwork, inner-work processes or relational embodied practices.
3. Evening Ecstatic Dance + Cacao (7pm–9:45pm)
A no-talking, phone-free ecstatic dance with cacao ceremony. Featuring different genre events.
Always includes: cacao ceremony + optional fruit social.
