We run Ecstatic Dance, Conscious Movement events held in healthy, smoke-free, drug and alcohol-free environments.

Without drugs or alcohol express yourself. Sweat your prayers on the dance floor. Let it out and connect with yourself and with others in a fresh new way. Breathe deeply and ground your attention inwards. The invitation for this evening is to begin to quiet the mind and enter into your body temple, befriending all that you may find.

Ecstatic Dance/ Movement Meditation is an opportunity to find freedom in our own ability to feel and move with all that is and with everything that arises in our body, heart and mind! This practice encourages moving with a grounded body, focus, abandon, grace and ease.
There is no experience necessary, just a willingness to move and be moved!
Classes are facilitated by Seth Newman, Seth is an Art of Being© graduate, IATE Graduate, Bioenergetics practitioner, certified Trance Dance teacher and is the pioneer of live music ecstatic dance events in the UK, with his band the Urubu Collective. He brings a wealth of experience holding heart centred spaces.

This is a very unique dance experience, a blending of ancient and contemporary transformational tools, including: Bioenergetics, Ecstatic Dance, Emotional Release (Catharsis), Chakra Journeying, Vipassana Meditation, Latihan ... with the powerful use of a blindfold - all these elements woven together to invite you into a deep state of presence, awakening & celebration. During this workshop, you will be invited to first tune into yourself, your body, and your sensations, to create safety, and then meet others in a non-traditional and heart-centered way. Learn to honour your personal boundaries, learn to enjoy your desire for connection, and communicate both with authenticity.With a guided Ritual Breath, we harness the power of breath to unlock a variety of transformative benefits. Breath helps to alter our state of consciousness, giving us a fresh perspective on life and connecting us to our body’s innate wisdom, jumpstarting various transformational process. Become more grounded and vital, more sensual, and more connected with your feelings, body, breath and your heart. No entry after 4:15pm, this is so we can all journey together.

◈ 11:45am-2:30pm Blindfolded SHAMANIC TRANCE DANCE with Cacao Intention Setting Ritual: Trance Dance is an invitation to a dance journey into yourself. You go inwards with your eyes closed and with the help of a blindfold, to see with your heart and connect with the wisdom inside you. Please note: Use of a blindfold is essential to get the most out of this practice!◈ break 60 min (selection of teas/coffee will be available in the hallway)
◈ 3:30pm-5:45pm the RAGE RITUAL™ process: – Unlock & Activate your Roar!
Rage Ritual™ will teach you how to express your natural emotions in a healthy way, & in a safe enough space.◈ break 75 min (selection of teas/coffee will be available in the hallway)
