Step into the turning of the year with a powerful one-day urban retreat.
A space to reflect, reset, move, breathe and celebrate the return of the light.
Three unique experiences woven into one Solstice journey:

1. ENVISION – What’s Your Vision for 2026?
   11:45am–2:30pm (no entry after 12pm)
   A guided creativity + meditation workshop based on the Creative Flow Dojo® approach.
   Tap into inner clarity, shape your intentions for the year ahead, and learn to cultivate the “creative flow state” to craft & embody your intentions for the new year.
   Perfect for anyone wanting guidance, inspiration or a sense of direction for 2026.
2. THE GATHERING – Conscious Connections & Breathwork Ritual
   3:45pm–5:45pm
   An afternoon of embodied presence, relational practices and breathwork.
   Guided meditations, somatic grounding, heart-centred connection and a simple yet profound breath ritual utilizing conscious connected breath + gentle eye-gazing.
   A beautiful way to reconnect with yourself and with others during the Solstice.
3. MEDICINA – Ecstatic Dance & Cacao Ceremony
   7:00pm–9:45pm (no entry after 7:30pm)
   Global Bass | Ethno-Fusion | Folktronica | Medicine Music | Shamanic Soundscapes
   An uplifting evening of dance-as-meditation, starting with a ceremonial-grade cacao ritual and intention setting with Seth.
   A full ecstatic dance journey into release, joy, expression and inner luminosity.
   Followed by an optional fruit social.
   Ecstatic Dance Guidelines:
   No booze • No shoes • No phones • No chit chat • Move how you wish • Respect yourself & others
   (Alcohol-free, drug-free, smoke-free space.)
