For Winter Solstice 2025, we're creating a dedicated space to dream, shape and articulate your vision for the year ahead.
This workshop is rooted in the Creative Flow Dojo® approach, practices that help us enter that “optimal" flow state experience where clarity, creativity and courage meet.
Throughout the session, you'll be learning how to cultivate the inner conditions that allow inspiration to arise. Expect guided visualisation, embodied imagination, and practical tools to carry forward into daily life.

What is the Creative Flow Dojo®?

• Creative Flow refers to that optimal body–mind state where clarity, ease, intuition and performance align.
• The Dojo is the learning space, a dedicated container for exploration, repetition, growth and mastery.

Most of us have tasted moments of “creative flow,” those sometimes rare moments when everything clicks and we feel intimately connected to the best of ourselves. This workshop explores how to enter that state consciously and with intention. And we're excited to be sharing some of the Creative Flow Dojo's unique practices with you!
Throughout the playshop, you’ll learn how to unfold the inner and outer conditions that support generativity, how to shift into a positive flow state where creativity, resilience and presence come online.
