WHAT IS "MY ECSTATIC ODYSSEY" ALL ABOUT?
My Ecstatic Odyssey is inspired by some of our summertime open-air Sunset ecstatic dances. There is something magical about a sunset or sunrise that takes us deep into "The Now". That mystical threshold between past and future, where the world starts to feel alive! We'll be channelling the spirit of Ibiza, Goa, and inspiring Sunset/Sunrises worldwide in this potent time of year.

Come and dance to OPEN-UP, to release city stress, dance in more light and joy, and make new friends - all accompanied by a transformational euphoric & uplifting dance music set to connect us deeply with our dance, our hearts, and our creativity.
We'll be including delicious ceremonial grade cacao and a beautiful cacao ceremony/guided meditation facilitated by Seth to connect us with our body, our heart, and positive intention.
No prior experience of dance necessary. All welcome.
