For us, dance has always been more than just movement — it is meditation, a way to tap into something far greater than our individual selves. Across cultures and generations, through time & space, people have danced to heal, to connect, and to remember who they truly are.

PRANA MYSTIC is an invitation to move, release, and open up — to let go of city stress, to dance in lightness and joy, and to share the experience with a beautiful community.
Our journey will be guided by a powerful, uplifting, and heart-expanding WORLD MUSIC set — weaving together mystical, euphoric, and transformative sounds to awaken your creativity and deepen your connection with your dance and your heart.

🌿 To support this journey, we’ll also share ceremonial-grade cacao in a guided Cacao Ceremony & Chakra Journey with Seth — a grounding practice that opens the heart, nurtures the body, and aligns our energy centres with positivity before we dance.
Come as you are. Dance barefoot. Leave recharged, uplifted, and inspired. 🌟 No prior experience of ecstatic dance is necessary. All are welcome.
