Originally launched in Camden in 2019, CATHARSIS became a legendary monthly gathering - a fusion of rave energy, ecstatic dance, and raw, unapologetic self-expression. It carried us right up to the beginning of the pandemic… and now, it returns.
Expect:
⚡ Hypnotic psytrance & cutting-edge electronica
🍫 Ceremonial-grade cacao ceremony to open the heart
🔥 A powerful, high-vibe dancefloor of conscious movers
No experience needed. Just come as you are.

WHAT IS CATHARSIS?
Catharsis is liberation.
It’s purification through movement.
It’s freedom, fire, and full permission to be yourself.

This is your invitation to:
• Drop the mask
• Release what’s been held in
• Move anger, power, passion, joy
• Reconnect with your wild, playful, tender human
All held within an electrifying psytrance and electronica soundscape.

THE SPACE
Since 2009, we've been creating something unique in London:
Clean, sober, high-energy dancefloors - where the high comes naturally through music, movement, breath, and connection.
No alcohol. No drugs. No exceptions.
Please respect the container:
If you arrive intoxicated, you will not be admitted or may be asked to leave (no refunds).
Ecstatic Dance London
We love to dance.
We love music.
We create spaces to connect, awaken, and transform.
