Welcome to Ecstatic Dance South Bay! We are a community of dancers who come together to experience the joy and freedom of ecstatic dance.
We currently dance 2x per month. Our sessions are filled with incredible, beautiful, sacred world dance music, free-flowing movements, and a welcoming atmosphere where you can express yourself fully.
Whether you're a seasoned dancer or new to the practice, you'll find a supportive space to work through your motions and connect with others through the power of movement.
