Freeform Dance - Sept 2025 #2

This is a freeform movement experience, held in a safe and sacred container. This practice expands a sense of freedom and works as a pathway for healing and release.

This is an energetic dance. Move to the music. Stomp on the floor. We follow 5 Rhythms loosely. Allowing the body to move and stretch and dance in whatever way feels right.

We have an attendence of 25-30 regulars. Location is clean and safe. Blessed community here.

Come with an open heart, and open mind, and be ready to experience community in a new way as we dance collectively without words.
