This is a shared journey from the beginning to the end and we aim to create a safe container for all. Please respect this, arrive on time, explore the venue, meet fellow conscious dancers, warm up with guest DJ sets in other dance spaces, join Yoga session (if booked), get a soft drink (sober bar area) or complimentary chai (in upstairs lounge area)!
Wear comfortable clothes & shoes, add sparkles, glitter & facepaints if you want to!
IT'S ECSTATIC DISCO/ HOUSE/ FUNK! Be prepared to move, sweat and maybe bring a set of dry clothes for after the dance! Be ready to groove and have an amazing evening!
