🌞 MEDICINA: A Mid-Summer Portal
MEDICINA is a full-day alchemical journey of dance, breath, meditation and embodied celebration… a space to ground, release, open, activate and remember the medicine of our own body, heart and spirit.
Through bioenergetics, chi gong, conscious connection, cacao, ecstatic dance, medicine music and a nourishing fruit social, we gather to honour the Sun, the Earth, and the wild aliveness within.

A transformational workshop blending Bioenergetics, Chi Gong & Eco-Therapy

CONSCIOUS CONNECTIONS & BOUNDARIES + THE MUSH
A heart-opening session of relational practices, conscious connection, boundaries & healing touch in ritual space to deepen presence, trust & nervous system regulation.
