Hi, I'm Nancy, a certified mindfulness meditation coach. I'm here to answer your questions. I specialize in working with clients who have problems with meditation, including using mindfulness meditation as a modality to cope with chronic pain. In addition to working with people who have meditation challenges, I also do personalized guided meditations tailored to my individual client's needs.

I'm excited to share with you the benefits of mindfulness all within the comfort of your home, behind your keyboard. All my sessions are conducted over Zoom.
