Edinburgh Cinematic Piano & Neoclassical Music is a welcoming community for people who enjoy expressive piano music, cinematic soundscapes, contemporary classical compositions and intimate live performances.
The group brings together concertgoers, musicians and curious listeners who would like to discover original piano music and attend cultural events in Edinburgh, whether alone or with friends.
Events may include cinematic and neoclassical piano concerts, contemporary classical performances, listening experiences and informal opportunities to meet other music lovers.
No musical background is required. The aim is simply to discover emotionally engaging music and make it easier to enjoy live cultural events in good company.
The group is organised by Italian pianist and composer Alessandra Toni, whose original music combines expressive piano, cinematic influences and emotional storytelling.

Italian pianist, composer and international performer Alessandra Toni presents Out of Reality, a one-hour solo piano concert featuring original compositions from her albums The Best Chapter and Out of Reality.
Blending expressive piano, cinematic atmospheres and emotional storytelling, the programme takes the audience on a journey through imagination, memory and transformation.
This concert is ideal for listeners who enjoy contemporary classical music, evocative film soundtracks and emotionally engaging piano performances.
The recital hall offers the opportunity to experience the music at close range, with only 55 seats available.Date: Saturday, 29 August 2026
