Strong stuff and much quoted, but what is True Freedom?

We make choices and act on them, but many factors influence our decisions and limit our behaviours

Our choices and awareness are limited by our knowledge, experience, biological factors, and social and cultural contexts

We are limited by our talents, family situations, jobs, wealth, cultural norms, and laws

The Freedom of others may limit, or conflict with, our own

Some believe everything is predetermined, leaving no room for true Free Will

Maybe we are not truly Free, and our sense of Freedom is an illusion

Or perhaps Freedom is not all-or-nothing, but rather making choices, even if constrained, and learning from the consequences
