About us
Edinburgh has a rich calendar of classical concerts, opera, theatre and other cultural events. This group turns those evenings into an easy way to meet people who enjoy the same things.
We don’t organise the performances or buy tickets for you. Members share events they are already planning to attend. Anyone who wants to join books their own ticket, and we set times and places to meet nearby beforehand, catch up in the interval, and often stay for a drink afterwards.
Whether you usually go alone, you’re new to Edinburgh, or you already have people you go with but wish to expand your circles, sign up and just come and say hi.
Typical evenings:
- A concert at the Usher Hall, Queen’s Hall or St Giles’
- An Opera or ballet at the Festival Theatre
- An afternoon of chamber music at St Cecilia's Hall
- Any other interesting cultural event people in the group are already going to
