It's already October! Come Join Us For Some Autumnal Piano-Playing!

Come join us at the Edinburgh Society of Musicians for our October 2025 Edinburgh Piano Meetup Group event. With access to their fabulous Steinway Model B piano in the picturesque setting of Dean Village, this is a wonderful, relaxing, and inspiring way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

As always, I am looking for all levels of playing, from total beginners, people who haven't played for years, anyone working towards an exam, who have a piece prepared that you are itching to perform, or just anyone who just wants to socialise and enjoy some wonderful music (any genre of music all welcome), come and share it with our friendly, fully supportive and encouraging group on Saturday 4th October 2025 at 2:00pm.

*** For the sake of fairness everyone has a maximum of 5 minutes each. You can play/say whatever you like within your time slot - it's up to you! Please bear in mind, though, that if you venture over your time this leaves the possibility of another member not getting a chance to play. Of course, if there's time at the end you are more than welcome to get up and play again.***

We will provide catering and refreshments during the interval when we will have the opportunity to chat and catch up with everyone.

PAYMENTS:
Due to a recent increase in costs (including a significant rise in the Meetup.com subscription), the price for attending the Piano Meetup is now £10.00 per person, whether you are performing or simply watching. This is the first increase in two and a half years, and I hope it still represents good value for a relaxed, welcoming afternoon of music, connection, and refreshments.
