Saturday Afternoon Blues Jam at Blues on Whyte!

Hello everyone! We’re heading to the heart of Whyte Avenue for a classic Edmonton experience on. Saturday afternoons at Blues on Whyte are always a blast, and I’d love for our 55+ crowd to join us for some great music and even better company. We’ll be taking in the Iconic Jam hosted by the one and only Gary Martin, a 2024 Chicago Blues Hall of Fame inductee, so you know the music is going to be top-tier. You can expect authentic, soulful blues, along with a lot of soft rock and iconic hits from the '70s that will definitely get your feet tapping and moving toward the dance floor.
The music starts at 3:00 PM, but we are meeting at 2:30 PM to grab a good spot and socialize before it gets busy. Admission for the afternoon jam is free, but please remember to bring cash because there is no tab or debit available—it is a cash-only bar. If this is your first time out to this kind of event, I guarantee you won’t regret taking the time out for yourself.
