A restorative practice to reconnect with your energetic body. The nervous system is the portal that connects mind, body and spirit. By learning how to integrate the information available to us within we are able to transmute the stuck energy in our bodies that keeps us dis-regulated and out of balance.

The nervous system is THE quickest route to clearing away old programs and taking our power back. It's directly connected in our ability to heal, to feel joy and to move through all of life's challenges with grace and flow.

Portal of Feminine Grounding:
Each month will use a technique to ground through the golden roots of the Earth to clear and deepen the inherent Feminine intuition, flushing out and reconnecting the energetic portal of the womb.

We will set an intention and ground into the experience with a short Tea Ceremony before immersing into a themed Guided Meditative Journey along with a calming Soundbath, allowing you to drift away into a place of calm reset and deep integration.

In this month's ceremony:
We will be focusing on the Root Chakra. This energetic base governs the 'Right to Be Here'. Formed from our first experiences of life and shapes our ability to exist not only in this world but in our bodies. A healthy root chakra is essential in the ability to manifest in the physical world. This month's meditative journey will explore the home of the self, balancing energetic blocks within the body.
