Join Shelley for a 75-minute blend of Yin Yoga, guided meditation, and aromatherapy designed to help you release tension and invite deep relaxation. This class is the perfect mid-week pause — gentle, grounding, and restorative.

What to Expect:
Longer-held yin postures to soften the body • calming breathwork and meditation • soothing aromatherapy blends to support nervous system reset.

Location: City & Soul Wellness Collective
Time: 7:15–8:30 PM (please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in)

Curious about Pilates? Feel shy about going to a class? This workshop is designed to introduce you to Joseph Pilates work. We’ll focus on the breath, building core connection, and classical exercises to help you feel comfortable in your next class.

Sliding scale: $35-$50

Bring: Yourself and some water. Yoga mats and all props available onsite.

Wear: clothes that are stretchy, comfortable and allow you to move.

Accessibility: elevator on site. This class primarily takes place on the floor. We will be standing, bending, sitting, and lying down.

Come join Shelley for an evening to completely slow down. For one full hour, you’ll lay back, breathe, and let the sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments move through you.

Think of it as a reset for your whole system — body, mind, and spirit.

• A sound journey with bowls, chimes, and gentle tones
• Simple meditation to help you arrive and settle in
• A calm space to release stress and recharge

Bring: a mat, water, and whatever makes you cozy — blanket, pillow, or eye mask.
