Let's give one of the hardest working parts of our body some love! Together we'll explore anatomy, stretching, strengthening and mobility work to help keep you moving. We'll also discuss common issues like plantars fasciitis, sprains, bunions and create a customized take home care package.

Note: This workshop is recommended for anyone with mild to moderate concerns and those who are curious about their bodies and how to better care for them. This is a general introductory workshop and is not meant to diagnose or treat conditions nor is it meant to provide medical advice. Any serious concerns should be discussed with your healthcare provider.

Wear: workout clothes that are stretchy and that you can sit, stand, bend and squat in

Bring: water, all other props available on site

Accessibility: We will be working on the floor as well as seated and standing. Most of the floor work can be modified to sitting. You are welcome to sit, stand, or lie down during the discussion portions.
