Breath Ceremony w/ Braydon

Breath Worship — A Ceremony of Breath, Spirit, & Tea
· Hosted by The Breathing Tree at City and Soul, Edmonton
· 3.5 hours · $70 per person
There are herbs for almost everything. But for the breath, two stand like gatekeepers.
We begin with Mullein Tea, the opener. It rises seven feet tall on a single silver spire, the tallest quiet thing in the field. It has walked with the human breath for over two thousand years. Its work is in the name: it opens, the chest, the breath, the attention. Mullein sets the doors of the body ajar.
We end with Yarrow, the closer. The warrior’s herb, named for Achilles, who dressed the wounds of soldiers at Troy with it. Where mullein opens, yarrow closes — it draws a boundary around what has been opened, so nothing gathered is lost. What was opened is sealed. What was moved is kept.
Between the two cups: Breath Worship.
Three & a half hours of guided breath led by Braydon Wollmann. Breaths for memory, for vitality, for cleansing, for the deep quiet at the bottom of the exhale.
No experience needed.
The shape of the ceremony:
- Arrival & mullein tea (30 min)
- Opening breath circle (45 min)
- Breath Worship — guided flow (75 min)
- Rest & yarrow tea (30 min)
- Closing circle (30 min)
