About us

This Tapping (AKA EFT) MeetUp is an excellent introduction to the transformational technique of tapping and the perfect meetup if you'd like to learn tapping and other techniques for self-improvement, calming your nervous system and achieving emotional and energetic wellness.

By creating energy awareness and learning how to improve energy flow, you'll discover how to go from problems to solutions in a broad range of applications.

You'll learn how to move from negative or low-energy states to high-energy states suitable for goal setting, inspiration, creativity, intuition and more.

This meetup is packed full of ideas, tips, and techniques; you'll have opportunities to put Tapping to work on improving all aspects of your life.

WHAT OUR MEETUPS LOOK LIKE:
We meet online via zoom.

There are usually ten to twenty people.

If needed, there will be a quick introductory review on the what and how of Tapping then we dive into addressing issues members bring to the table.

Everyone taps. Everyone feels better. Sometimes, additional simple strategies that help us feel better quickly are offered as suggestions.

No dues or fees. No recording or live-streaming.

Group Attendance Policy
This group is a live, interactive experience — and the energy in the room (virtual or otherwise) is shaped by who shows up. To keep this space active and available for people who are truly ready to engage, I've put an attendance policy in place.

I will be taking attendance at each session.

After 3 no-shows without notice, you will be removed from the group.

If you can't make it to a session, no problem — just let me know ahead of time. Life happens! What I ask is that you communicate so I can keep your spot open for you.

If you've been removed and want to rejoin, you're welcome to — just message me.

Thank you for being part of this community and for honoring the time and energy everyone brings to each session.
