Welcome to Tapping with Jen G. Pywell!
Learn the basics of tapping (aka EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique) and how it can help you manage stress, reach goals, and feel better.
Whether you are new to tapping or not, this session is designed to provide a safe space for learning how to tap and understand the benefits of this powerful energy technique.
If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or stressed, tapping is an easy way to relax your nervous system and help release difficult emotions.
Tapping in a group setting is very expansive because even if you are not the focus, you will experience "borrower's benefits," as my mentor Karen Aquinas describes it.
You don't need to bring anything but an open mind.
