When I do a public Introduction to EFT class with an attendee as a subject - I always ask for someone who has a physical pain issue for the demonstration, because Tapping works so well, and rapidly, to reduce pain.
More than 95% of people I have Tapped with addressing pain have been able to positively and noticeably measure a reduction in their pain and or distress levels.
The EFT clinical studies show a pain reduction level of 68%. In 20 years of Tapping, many of my clients see better results than those shown in the clinical study.
