* Maybe your mind is just trying to keep you *safe*—by avoiding change.

Our subconscious is wired to prefer the *familiar*, even when the familiar isn’t helping us anymore, or may even be undermining us!

That’s why even small changes can trigger hesitation, fogginess, or emotional shutdown. We want to calm and change that!

In this gentle but powerful Tapping session, we’ll explore:
🌿 **What stops us from starting** – even when we want to move forward
🌿 **Why resistance is normal** – and how to shift it with compassion
🌿 **How EFT Tapping can calm inner conflict** – so inner-ligned action feels easier, and doable
🌿 **Simple and honest phrases can help reduce inner pressure and procrastination guilt**

We'll use EFT's Tapping to acknowledge hidden fears, challenge old mental programming (like *"Be perfect!"* or *"Don’t rock the boat!"*), and *clear space for that action* that feels empowering.
