EFT Tap-along: Unwinding Worry & Anxiety - What I CAN Do - adding Calmness
Details
Do I worry and have daily stresses? Mmmm. Perhaps too often.
Is Anxiety, or having panic attacks a possibility for me? I'd rather avoid that!
Let's Tap on lowering our various levels of worry and anxiety. Tapping can directly bring some calm and release of stress to each of us.
Tapping and calming what we can... then seeing more options... those seem like good choices!

Letting Go - that's great in theory... but, can I let go of the past???
How much time does my mind spend thinking over things that have not worked out well?
We all think about 60K to 70K thoughts every day - and of those, about
80% of our thoughts are "negative". And after that, 90% of our thoughts are repetitive! (Oh, NO! That's not good!)
We'll Tap on many kinds of unhappy memories to release the intensity of them, then a clearing of emotional intensity around the past can make space for more happiness and light right now.
So, yes! Unhappiness, and the pain of the past is WORTH Tapping on!
Get a little stress relief... or a lot. Tapping does lower emotional intensity levels, and you may experience an uplifting energy shift. Come see for yourself.
Come, reduce fears or worries to rapidly feel much calmer.
Invite anyone you know who could use a little stress relief!
