Join us for a powerful EFT Tap-along class focused on overcoming the anxiety and inner doubt caused by having been gaslit.

An expert gaslighter can get you to believe YOU are the problem, so let's Tap on the cognitive dissonance that can happen when someone you believe loves you, or should be on your side, tells you lies, misleads you, manipulates you, blames you for things you did not do, and/or intentionally undermines your standing with your family, friends, or coworkers.

Cognitive dissonance is the mental discomfort experienced when what we are being told, may be the opposite of what we know is true, causing doubt and conflicting beliefs... where the two conflicting facts cannot be true at the same time.

Seven common emotional reactions to cognitive dissonance include:

  1. Feeling uncomfortable or anxious,
  2. Rationalizing or justifying actions that hurt you,
  3. Avoiding contradictory information, avoiding confrontation.
  4. Experiencing self-doubt or questioning decisions,
  5. Explaining your situation, and seeking validation,
  6. Feeling guilty or ashamed for not walking away from the manipulator,
  7. Exhibiting behavioral inconsistencies.

This Tap-along will help calm the feelings caused by intentional misinformation and undermining words or actions.

Get clarity and feel calmer about the behaviours of someone who gaslights. Cultivate more confidence and the building of inner peace.
