EFT Tap-along: LACK and Not Having Enough - and Life's Limiting Beliefs

LACK in childhood, not having enough, can leave doubts, and fears, and unhappiness. If the situation had a tone of unfairness, maybe it also left anger.

If there was not enough, it can translate into believing there will never be enough, or that I am not enough...

Lack (not having basic needs met) could create a lack of hope, or it could crush the creation of any sense of light and easy positive beliefs... that things will simply work out well, or wonderfully, just because that MIGHT happen... that could happen...

With the loss, embarrassment, or shame of others seeing family financial struggles - negative emotional expectations can feel justified and confirmed, by experiencing that things are hard-to-come-by, luck favours those who are already rich, and that money (and other good things) do not grow on trees.
