Have you ever felt like you couldn't quite rest and recover in the past - no matter what you did? Sleep wasn't so good, physical exercise wasn't helping, the overthinking wasn't stopping? Anxiety, worry, and stress were piling up and occupying your mind, heart, and body all the time?

Conversely, maybe you're curious to experience relaxation in a new way - one that you haven't felt before?

This is exactly where Yoga Nidra can make a difference. We start with a short bit on yoga philosophy and how it applies in daily life. Then we do some stretching. And finally we do the practice, lasting 30-45 minutes, depending on the specific purpose of that Nidra.

Aside from some initial gentle relaxation techniques, you won’t need to move your body during the practice. I will take you on a journey - with my voice - through some of the deepest states of relaxation possible without falling asleep (research validated, of course).

Despite the word "yoga" in the title, you do not have to resonate with yoga, meditation, or mindfulness in order to reap the benefits of the practice. No experience is required. You're welcome - whether you're an anxious teenager, a stressed adult, or a retired old person.

This Yoga Nidra course is a great complement to the breathwork sessions held on weekend mornings. While each class can be taken on its own, together they create a fuller experience — helping you lock in the benefits and deepen your practice.

Payment: 15 euros - payable cash or by phone. If you sign up for the whole course, you only pay 50 euros upfront. Message me on my phone or email me about it. A hipsy link will be provided if you wish to pay online instead of in person.

Logistics:
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. That is, I ask you to remove your attendance (RSVP) within at least 48 hours, except for emergencies.

This course is a drop-in series, so you may join one or all 4 weekends. However, practicing on consecutive days is strongly recommended, especially in the beginning. This helps you become familiar with the practice more quickly and enhances the felt benefits.

I also ask that you come on time, at most 15 minutes before we begin.
Please message me on whatsapp if you are late - so someone can open the door for you.

Tea will be provided.

Considerations: Wear comfortable clothes. And don't worry about being tired or not feeling well - this practice will wake you up and will uplift your mood.
