We run short, practical sessions on why software teams slow down and what actually reverses it. Feedback loops, testing, review, and the small number of engineering practices that separate teams that compound from teams that stall. Real examples from real codebases, not slideware.

EkoHacks is a software studio and craftsmanship school with engineering teams in Greece and Nigeria. We build bespoke software, and we train the people who build it.
