Mar Det

Mar Det winds through the Eldorado National Forest between Garden Valley and Georgetown. It's steep at times, hard to follow at times, and about 12 miles total (6 each way). Has some nice patches of fall color.

Parking is at the intersection of Meadowbrook and Bear Creek, right along the road. Gather there.
