Monte Vista

Folsom Lake is nearly full: 459 feet out of 466. Let's see how that affects the views as we hike the shoreline. We'll begin with the Old Salmon Falls loop, then head south toward New York Creek as time allows, and we'll be back before dark.

Park in Falcon Crest lot and gather at the Monte Vista trailhead, which is on the south end of this free gravel lot.

• If you can't make it, please try to change your RSVP so that we aren't waiting for you. Even doing it a minute before start time helps.
• You hike at your own risk. We try to keep people from getting lost or injured, but you are ultimately responsible for yourself and knowing your limits.
• Any sort of bigotry (based on gender identity, race, religion, etc.) is unwelcome and would result in removal.
