Summer Full Moon Rides with E-bike Lovers on Beach Drive

Explore Beach Drive in Rock Creek Park under a full moon, illuminating the quiet road with no cars, reflecting off Rock Creek, and casting shadows through the trees.

Grazing deer and distant owl calls add to the magic. It’s a peaceful, scenic ride, perfect for connecting with nature under the full moon's glow.

We meet at Peirce Mill in Rock Creek Park and continue to Beach Drive to head north to Jones Mill Road Park. If the parking lots near Peirce Mill are full, you can park on Tilden Street.

Arrival time is 7 PM. We will leave no later than 7:15 PM.

It will be mostly flat terrain, and the group will stop a few times for slower riders to catch up. The distance will be 18 miles or shorter if you are fully satisfied with biking for the day as you can return anyone.

Our bikes will always be in sight. No additional locks are required to keep your bike safe on this trip.
