20 miles, MD Trail 18A, 100% paved. Picnic spot is 8 miles into the trail with a view of the airport.

This is a fun ride because you'll actually be riding around the entire BWI Airport! We'll also be on the B&A Trail.

Longer version: 45 miles, MD Trail 18B, same as above but also covers the entire B&A Trail, 100% paved:
https://ridewithgps.com/routes/37643112

Note that the longer route is identical to the shorter route for the first 20 miles ... in other words, everyone will be doing the same thing for the first 20 miles. The longer route basically does an additional out and back on rest the B&A Trail that is not covered in the shorter route.

Both routes consist of entirely paved multi use trails.
There should be restrooms in the mall at the parking location.

The parking location is the same for both routes, which is in the Marley Mall parking lot next to Ruby Tuesday's (which may be closed for business, but it's still there).

The parking address is:
Ruby Tuesday, 7900 Governor Ritchie Hwy, Glen Burnie, MD 21061

For those who are interested in doing the longer route, if you think you will need an extra battery, you might consider leaving it in your vehicle, and then you could swap batteries after you complete the shorter route, since you will be passing directly by the parking area on your way to the rest of the B&A trail.

We'll pass this historical farmhouse along the route:
