Sunrise Hike and Yoga at Poo Poo Point
Join us for an invigorating early morning adventure combining a beautiful hike with a calming yoga session at the summit! We’ll meet at the trailhead parking lot at 5:00 AM sharp and start our hike together, aiming to reach the top by 7:00 AM.
Once we arrive, we’ll flow through a gentle yoga practice designed to stretch, strengthen, and ground us—while taking in the stunning sunrise views. After yoga, we’ll have time to relax, enjoy some light snacks, and soak up the peaceful morning atmosphere before heading back down the trail.

Carpooling:
Feel free to coordinate rides and carpool with other attendees to make parking easier. Please arrange your own transportation accordingly.

### What to Bring:

• Water (at least 1-2 liters)
• Yoga mat or foldable travel mat
• Comfortable, layered clothing suitable for hiking and yoga
• Hiking shoes or sturdy sneakers
• Small backpack for your belongings
• Sunscreen, hat, and sunglasses
• Light snacks for after yoga
• Bug spray (seasonal)
• Optional: blanket or towel for yoga, light jacket for cooler temps
