“Elevate” is a personal and spiritual development group created with the intention to uplift, empower, and inspire gay men to lead extraordinary lives. The first event was a huge succcess: awesome guys, inspiring meditations, brave vulnerability and light hearted laughter. It's very exciting to be creating a new community of like minded souls who want to live their best lives full of joy, meaning and purpose.
We lift, we spin, we yoga and strive to eat healthy. But our spiritual fitness is just as important when it comes to living the life we’ve always wanted. There’s no need to settle for mediocrity when you can be in a place of joy.
