We are a mother-daughter duo dedicated to helping you raise your energy and vibration. We are passionate about helping you discover the transformative potential of sound and energy healing combined.
Join us for sound baths, meditations, online and in person sessions all designed to help you raise your vibration! Increase your personal energy and consciousness to a higher, more positive level. It means shedding negativity, embracing joy, and radiating positivity. By doing so, you invite better experiences, health, and well-being into your life.

Experience the Healing Power of Sound!We are excited to announce a recurring sound bath held on the first Saturday of every month at Elevated Energy Healing - Sound and Wellness Studio!
Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of over 15 different healing instruments with two practitioners. Surround sound includes gongs monochord hand pan drums crystal harp angel harp hand pan crystal and Himalayan singing bowls and many others.
Stay for tea, mingling, fun and shopping after!
No prior experience necessary. Mats and blankets provided. Chairs available if you prefer to sit. Just bring yourself, and anything for your comfort, a pillow, eye mask, journal, water bottle, and an open heart. We provide everything else!
See you there for a monthly dose of harmony and peace!
Space is limited to 12. To secure your space, payment is required in advance. Unfortunately, due to limited capacity, we cannot hold reservations without payment. Thank you for your understanding.

On Sundayay, November 2, we gather to celebrate Día de los Muertos — the Day of the Dead — through a transformative sound journey and cacao sharing ritual designed to open the heart and honor the beautiful cycle of life and spirit.
This ancient Mexican tradition teaches that death is not an ending, but a continuation — and that during this time, the veil between worlds grows thin. Through sound, vibration, and intention, we invite connection, remembrance, and celebration.
Surrounded by candlelight and marigolds, you’ll be guided through a sound bath featuring deep grounding rhythms, resonant crystal bowls, ethereal chimes, and healing tones that awaken peace, love, and ancestral presence.
Let the frequencies carry you into a state of reflection and renewal — a space where remembrance transforms into radiant gratitude.
You’re invited to bring:- A photo or small memento of a loved one for our shared altar (ofrenda).
- A journal or intention card to reflect on what you’re releasing and what you wish to carry forward.
- An open heart ready to receive the gentle messages of the soul.
This event honors tradition with deep respect and heartfelt inclusivity. It’s a celebration for all — a reminder that the bond of love transcends time, and that we are always connected through spirit and sound.
