Belly dance is more than just a form of entertainment—it is an ancient, sacred practice that has been used for
centuries to heal, celebrate, and connect with the divine feminine. In this session, Dr. Graciela will introduce:
● The therapeutic benefits of belly dance.
● How movement enhances self-awareness, body confidence, and emotional release.
● Techniques for using dance as a spiritual and meditative practice.
This experience invites participants to step into a space of empowerment, self-expression, and joy, embracing the
profound wisdom of movement.
As a gift to our marvelous community, we offer a guest speaker introducing themselves and presenting their unique talents and gifts through free workshops and presentations.

Midweek Reset – This session is perfect for unwinding after a busy start to the week, promoting restful sleep, and raising your vibrational frequency.
