Gina Grossbauer is a local author, Tarot reader, and Reiki Master Practitioner. Originally from northeastern Pennsylvania, Gina has been in the Raleigh area for almost 10 years teaching a variety of Metaphysical, Shadow Work, Paranormal, Film, Tarot, and other classes. She has her own business called Shivers which began in 2022 that has grown to become a hub and community of the strange and unusual.

Guided Relaxation – Begin with a short meditation to prepare your mind and body for deep relaxation.
Healing Vibrations – Experience the power of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, gongs, and other sacred instruments as their frequencies work to clear energetic blockages and promote healing.
Energetic Rebalancing – Allow the harmonious sounds to bring balance to your chakras, enhance mental clarity, and release tension stored in the body.
Midweek Reset – This session is perfect for unwinding after a busy start to the week, promoting restful sleep, and raising your vibrational frequency.

Step into a space of deep peace, renewal, and vibrational healing. Whether you are new to sound healing or a regular attendee, this session with Kristine will leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected.

Yoga mats and blankets are provided but feel free to bring a pillow, eye mask, water bottle or anything else to keep you comfortable as you relax into the experience.
