You’ll then be guided through a gentle restorative yoga practice, where supportive props and mindful guidance allow you to hold restful poses for extended periods of time — encouraging your body to soften, your breath to deepen, and your nervous system to reset. Restorative yoga helps melt away layers of stress and tension, improves circulation, balances the energy body, and cultivates a profound sense of inner peace.

Once you’re fully supported and open to receive, you’ll journey into an extended dual practitioner Sound Bath — a deeply immersive sound experience designed to elevate your energy, quiet the mind, and guide you into a state of deep stillness and balance.

Come with an intention. Come with a question. Come with something weighing on your heart. Come curious. Or come with absolutely no idea what you're looking for and an open mind about what might arise.

You'll be invited to select a tarot or oracle card that speaks to you. Together, we'll explore the traditional meanings, imagery, and symbolism within your card—but no one else gets to decide what your message means.
That part belongs to you.
Through guided conversation, you'll be encouraged to notice what catches your attention, what emotions or thoughts arise, and how the symbolism might connect with what's happening in your own life.
And then we talk.
We listen.
We reflect.
We share some tea.
And we see where the cards and conversation take us.

This is not a tarot class, and you don't need to know anything about tarot to participate. It's also not a traditional tarot reading where someone predicts your future or tells you what decisions to make.
