This immersive evening will center around Harvest • Release • Balance • Intention
as we pause to recognize what has grown, release what has completed its season, and intentionally choose what we want to carry forward.

• A symbolic fall release ritual
• An immersive Dual Practitioner Sound Bath moving through harvest, shedding, balance, and renewal
