First Friday Frequency is a co-facilitated breath + sound journey with Kristin Adams (Satori Minds) and Benina Drake (Elevated Energy Healing). December's theme, "Rest & Receive," invites you to exhale what’s been weighing on your mind and heart.

Breath becomes the catalyst, and sound becomes the balm. Together, they create the conditions for emotional alchemy, nervous system regulation, and a gentle return to your natural resonance.

This isn’t a performance or a script. It’s a field. We follow energy. Breath and sound weave in real time to meet the room, soften what’s bracing, and open a path back to calm and clarity.
