They can be used to channel positive energy, offer protection from any negative energy and help with spiritual or physical healing. They help

Some may refer to them as guardian spirit, goddesses, priestesses or even a wise elder. We will spend some time setting our intention and purpose before we begin creating our soul sister.

If you have something symbolic you would like to add to your guardian, bring it with you. You may want to find something special in nature that you would like to incorporate or a token of some sort.
