Join us for Winter Rebirth, a calming evening of guided meditation and a dual practitioner sound bath designed to help you release what you’re ready to leave behind and step gently into your next phase.
With over 20 healing instruments including Himalayan and Crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and many more layered vibrations from two practitioners will guide you into deep stillness and renewal.

Suite 105 is located on the right side of the building across from the green GFL boxes. Look for the awning and come on in!
We have mats and some blankets, bring your pillow, eye mask, water bottle and anything to make you more comfortable.
