**Join Kristine, Benina and Ann for RAYS: Restorative Yoga with Reiki, Aromatherapy & Sound Healing -our signature multi-sensory healing session - an experience that combines the deep rest of restorative yoga with sound healing, Reiki energy work, and aromatherapy to support total mind-body balance.**

This session is designed to calm your nervous system, gently open your body, and recharge your energetic field.

**What to expect:**

* Supported **Restorative Yoga** (no experience needed)
* Live **Sound Healing** throughout and **dual practitioner sound journey** during extended Shavasana
* **Essential Oil** therapy throughout
* Gentle **Reiki** during extended poses
* Small group setting for personalized attention

Give yourself the gift of deep rest and energetic renewal. This special session will begin with a calming guided meditation and a soothing lavender aromatherapy blend to help quiet the mind and invite you fully into the present moment.

You’ll then be guided through a gentle restorative yoga practice, where supportive props and mindful guidance allow you to hold restful poses for extended periods of time — encouraging your body to soften, your breath to deepen, and your nervous system to reset. Restorative yoga helps melt away layers of stress and tension, improves circulation, balances the energy body, and cultivates a profound sense of inner peace.

Once you’re fully supported and open to receive, you’ll journey into an extended dual practitioner Sound Bath — a deeply immersive sound experience designed to elevate your energy, quiet the mind, and guide you into a state of deep stillness and balance.

Leave feeling nurtured, grounded, and energetically uplifted — ready to step back into your life with greater calm and clarity.
