This experience weaves ritual, a sound healing journey, meditation, and ceremonial elements to create a grounded yet expansive reset for the year ahead.

• A guided sound bath journey with meditations woven throughout

Each guest will receive ceremonial items to work with during the experience and take home as reminders of their intention for the year.
This gathering is welcoming to all. No prior experience with meditation or sound healing is needed.
Come as you are and allow yourself to be supported, guided, and inspired.
We have yoga mats and chairs if you prefer to sit and some blankets. Bring a pillow, eye mask, water bottle or anything for your comfort.
Space is limited to keep the experience intimate.
