During this Power Hour, we will normalize the conversation around Spiritual Awakening – what it is and what it isn't, the awakening "process", the predictable cycles of expansion and contraction/rising and releasing, the role that purpose plays in the awakening journey, and the importance of both self-exploration and mind-body-heart-soul integration & coherence to anchor in your new identity (and the benefits of walking your awakening with an experienced Spiritual Coach
who can hold space for all of it).

Together, we will experience a coaching exercise that integrates numerology as a connection point to your soul with heart-brain coherence and somatic integration.

As a gift to our marvelous community, we offer a guest speaker introducing themselves and presenting their unique talents and gifts through free workshops and presentations.
