First Friday Frequency is a co-facilitated breath and sound journey led by Kristin Adams (Satori Minds) and Benina Drake (Elevated Energy).
April’s theme, Flow Into Clarity, invites you to use the breath to clear the fog, reveal your path, and align with what feels true.
What makes this session special?
This isn’t a performance or a script. It’s a field. We follow energy. Breath and sound weave in real time to meet the room, soften what’s bracing, and open a path back to calm and clarity.

#### Session Flow: What to Expect
Arrival + Introductions → Opening Sound Bath → Conscious Connected Clarity Breathwork → Closing Sound Bath → Integration + Sharing

- Comfortable clothing
- Blanket or shawl
- Water bottle
- Journal + pen
- Small personal item or crystal
#### Timing + Location
- Arrive: Doors open at 6:30. Arrive by 6:50PM - The ceremony begins promptly at 7:00PM.
- Ends: 9:00PM
- Location: Elevated Energy, 700 Exposition Pl., Suite 105, Raleigh, NC 27615
Suite 105 is located on the right side of the building. Look for the awning and come on in!
