Dual Practitioner Sound Bath with Reiki & Messages from Spirit

Step into an evening of deep relaxation, energetic alignment, and intuitive insight.

This special dual practitioner experience begins with a soothing sound bath designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and bring the body into a state of rest and receptivity. As you settle into stillness, healing frequencies from crystal and metal singing bowls, gongs, and many other healing instruments create a supportive vibrational field to help release tension and restore balance.

Throughout the session, gentle energy healing from Ann, Kristine & Benina enhances the experience, supporting emotional and energetic clearing while you rest.

Following the sound bath, intuitive seer Kristine will share messages she receives from spirit. In this grounded and heart-centered portion, she may bring through guidance, validation, or meaningful insights from your spiritual support team. Messages are shared with the intention of offering clarity, comfort, and a deeper sense of connection.

Each experience is unique, and whether you receive a direct message or simply benefit from the collective energy of the group, many leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply supported.

No experience is needed. We have yoga mats and some blankets available, but you’re welcome to bring anything that will help you feel comfortable such as a pillow, blanket, or eye mask.
