An Evening of Sound Healing, Reiki & Intuitive Spirit Messages
Step into an evening of deep relaxation, energetic alignment, and intuitive connection.
This special dual practitioner experience is designed to help you slow down, release stress, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level through the healing combination of immersive sound, Reiki energy healing, and intuitive spirit messages.
The evening begins with a soothing guided relaxation followed by a layered sound bath experience using crystal and metal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and many other healing instruments.
The frequencies and vibrations work gently with the body and nervous system to calm mental chatter, encourage energetic release, and create a state of deep rest and receptivity.
Throughout the sound journey, Reiki and intuitive energy healing from Ann, Kristine, and Benina will be offered to support energetic balance, emotional clearing, and overall well-being while you rest comfortably.
Following the sound bath, intuitive seer Kristine will share messages she receives from spirit. In this grounded and heart centered portion of the evening, she may bring through guidance, validation, symbolism, or meaningful insight from spirit, guides, or your spiritual support team. Messages are shared with the intention of offering clarity, comfort, encouragement, and connection.
Every experience is unique. Whether you receive a direct message or simply benefit from the collective healing energy of the group, many participants leave feeling lighter, calmer, clearer, and deeply supported.
No experience is needed. Please bring anything you may need to feel comfortable during the session such as a pillow, or eye mask. We provide yoga mats or chairs if you prefer to sit along with some blankets.
