A Guided Meditation & Immersive Journey Through Sound

Step beyond the ordinary and into an evening where guided meditation, sound, shadow, and a little Halloween magic come together.
For one night, Elevated Energy Healing will transform into a candlelit sanctuary filled with hauntingly beautiful sounds, mysterious vibrations, and the energy of the season.

Throughout the experience, you’ll be led on a continuous guided meditation journey, with the story unfolding alongside the sounds of crystal singing bowls, powerful gongs, drums, ethereal chimes, and many other therapeutic instruments.

Rather than simply listening to a sound bath, you’ll be invited to use your imagination as the meditation guides you deeper into an atmospheric inner journey. The instruments will become part of the story, creating moments of mystery, stillness, movement, release, and unexpected sound.

With Benina and Kristine creating layers of sound throughout the room, you’ll be surrounded by vibrations from multiple directions as the guided meditation carries you through the experience.
Candlelight, seasonal aromatherapy, and a few carefully placed Halloween surprises will complete the atmosphere.

This isn't a scary haunted house experience. Think mystical, atmospheric, imaginative, and just spooky enough to give you a few goosebumps.

Come dressed comfortably. We have yoga mats, chairs if you prefer to sit and some blankets. Bring a pillow, water bottle or anything else you need to create your perfect nest.
